WARRANTY DESCRIPTION, TERMS, AND CONDITIONS


In line with the values that PICTURE ORGANIC CLOTHING aims to embody, we offer the Lifetime Repair warranty on a selection of products and repairs. Aligned with our eco-responsible approach, we aim for your PICTURE products to withstand the test of time as best as possible.

 

What cases are covered by the lifetime repair warranty?

Our lifetime repairability warranty applies to the following products:

Technical jackets (garments worn as the third layer, waterproof, and featuring a Zip and/or buttons);

Technical fleeces (garments worn as an intermediate layer, featuring a Zip and/or buttons);

Technical pants (waterproof garments, technical fabric);

Backpacks If there's any uncertainty regarding the inclusion of a product under the Lifetime Repair

Through this repairability warranty, PICTURE ORGANIC CLOTHING commits to handling repairs concerning:

  • Seams,
  • Zippers,
  • Buttons,
  • Loss of accessories (patches, cords)

 

This warranty applies for a duration of ninety-nine (99) years from the acquisition of the product, provided the product meets the following conditions:

  1. It's a PICTURE ORGANIC CLOTHING product purchased from PICTURE ORGANIC CLOTHING or an authorized reseller.
  2. The request is made by the purchaser of the product or their direct descendants.
  3. The request is accompanied by photos of the defect to be repaired, an overall view of the product, and proof of purchase or an original receipt from an authorized reseller.
  4. Upon receiving the article for repair, the product will be inspected by the service provider. If the provider deems the article irreparable, you will be informed of this:

 

  • Significant fabric wear
  • Delamination of membranes
  • Discoloration
  • Repairs performed by the owner that have deteriorated the technical properties of the product.

 

How to implement the warranty?

 

To activate the lifetime repairability warranty, you must fill out the form above. The form will require you to attach:

  • Your details: name, address (postal and email), phone number (this information will only be used for the proper functioning of our warranty and will not be used for commercial purposes).
  • Your dealer's contact information
  • Two photos of the product, one showcasing the general view and the other highlighting the defect.
  • A description of the product (size, color, reference)
  • A copy of the purchase receipt or proof of purchase. Once the form is submitted to our teams, the request for activating the repairability warranty will be assessed. Following the request, our teams will contact you to guide you through the process of having your product examined for repair.       


How does the warranty process unfold?

PICTURE ORGANIC CLOTHING covers the costs of repair and return shipping of the products. Only the shipping costs from your residence to the workshop are not covered. Furthermore, only expenses incurred after receiving instructions for shipment from our services will be covered. Therefore, any costs incurred outside this procedure will not be covered by PICTURE ORGANIC CLOTHING. We want to specify that PICTURE ORGANIC CLOTHING does not insure products during their shipment to the repair workshop and cannot be held responsible for any losses or potential costs resulting from the shipment.

 

The sender must take necessary precautions during the shipment: adequate and suitable packaging, shipment with signature upon delivery, and any measures ensuring the smooth transit of the product to our workshop.

Upon receipt at our workshops, the product will undergo a repairability assessment. This assessment involves evaluating the overall state of the product to ensure that repairs adhere to our durability and quality requirements. In the absence of communication from our workshops, within fifteen (15) business days after receiving the product (with proof of shipment), it will be assumed that the product is repairable, and the repair and return process will commence within a maximum of forty (40) business days from the reception date at the workshop.

 

We reserve the right to refuse product repair if the repairability assessment concludes that the overall state of the product does not meet the durability and quality requirements for repairs. In this case, the product will be returned to you with explanations from the workshop regarding the rejection of service. An option for recycling the product will be proposed before shipment.

 

The following are not covered by the lifetime repairability warranty:

  • Damages caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence.
  • Impact damages, scratches, cuts, stains, holes.
  • Failure to follow washing instructions resulting in discoloration, shrinkage, pilling.
  • Normal wear and tear, discoloration due to repeated or intensive use of the garment.
  • Products that have undergone repairs by third parties or the buyer and products that have been modified outside our workshops and/or with added patches (excluding compatible patches), adhesive tape.

 

We emphasize that exchanges with our teams before this decision are merely indicative and based on the sending of your photos. They cannot, under any circumstances, be considered as acceptance of repair. Only the physical inspection of the product at authorized workshops confirms the feasibility of repair.
